I've just recently rented a flat through Haslams. Holly was particularly helpful from the very start of the process, even when things weren't going smoothly at one stage (not due to Haslams), she always tried her best to help. Holly was always very professional and approachable at all times.

We recently got a flat through Haslams and the experience was great. We had the in-person viewings with Laura and she was really nice. Keira Smith was the Lettings Agent that facilitated our move in and made the entire process seamless and quick. She was very helpful in setting up viewings, sometimes multiple viewings in a day, at a time that worked for us. She responded promptly to multiple emails and was happy to reschedule some of our viewings to a date/time that was more convenient for us. I emailed Keira when I had questions when unsure and she was happy to explain to clear up any confusion. One instance was when we needed to bring forward our move in date in order to accommodate our exit date on our existing rental. She spoke to the Landlord on our behalf and came back to let us know we could move in earlier. Thanks Keira for your help.

Haslams (Mr Oliver Chambers) have been superb from start to present (and beyond). At every stage they have been expertly professional, helpful and considerate. From a complex start situation, they have manoeuvred the process to a successful outcome. I have no hesitation in recommending Haslams at the highest level.

Two years from now, I didn’t get any response from almost any agent, and the ones responding, kept telling me I couldn’t rent any property in the Uk. A few days ago I just completed the process with her, and God bless her soul for the fast replies. Recommending her 100%!!
