My fiancé and I had a very good experience with Haslams! Keira provided a speedy and high quality service while assisting with us in the renting process, we were also kept in the loop at every stage.

Faced with an array of cheap online platforms, we were hesitant about paying a premium for a high street estate agent. But in reality, it wasn't a premium. We got so much more than we would have if we'd sold via an online platform. We had great service from Paul, Calvin and Fenella throughout the process. There was no hard sell by Paul, just a calm informed pitch that instilled confidence. I think that followed through in the way viewings were handled by Calvin. And Fenella steered the sale process with patience and reassurance, as a great interface between us and the buyers. All of this was particularly important to us as we were emigrating. We wouldn't have managed it without them.

Excellent experience with Haslams from start to finish. I was grateful for all the good advice they gave me and trust their judgement. Unlike some other estate agents I have dealt with I find Haslams to be honest and trustworthy. Special thanks to Fenella who worked very hard and persevered on our behalf with a very difficult sale due to the first time buyer of our flat using a newly qualified and inexperienced solicitor who sat doing nothing for months then raised query after query at the last minute. This caused enormous stress to us and our sellers who were on a deadline by causing repeated delays in our exchanging contracts and the sale was at risk of falling through. Unfortunately this stressful situation and urgency was not appreciated by our buyer or her solicitor who unfairly left a negative review of Fenella a few weeks ago. Fenella was very pleasant and courteous at all times in all of her communication and if it wasn't for her proactively chasing our buyer and her solicitor then I have no doubt the sale would never have completed. Thank you very much Fenella and team, I am so happy that we finally have our own house and garden!
