Having been recommended Haslams by a neighbour we contacted them to see if they could help selling my parents house. Steve and Paul came very promptly and put our minds at rest by putting together an excellent marketing campaign. We don’t live locally so it was imperative that we could rely on Steve and his team. I was a tenant at one of the flats managed by Haslams for the past two and half years, and I have mostly great experience dealing with them. Naturally, during Covid the response times for problem resolution has increased, but this is mostly due to the fact that engineers aren't as readily available. My manager, Sharon, was really kind, prompt, hard-working and went above and beyond to help us, for example liaising with the building heating management to bring our costs down. So I would therefore recommend them, but at the same time advise them to try to resolve the long lead times for any non-urgent problem resolution.

Haslams has been my go to estate agency for the past 3 years now, where I was (still am) a tenant at two different developments in Reading. I have been in constant contact with Amy Bently for anything related to renting a flat, and maintenance. She has always been professional with accommodating me as a student, giving that some developments do not accept students as tenants. Amy is also very professional with time, and replies fast. Would definitely recommend.
