Even in a difficult situation...

We are very grateful to Ms Karen Campbell of Jon Rossi Management office in Reading for her extraordinarily friendly attitude in a difficult situation regarding our tenancy agreement. Ms Campbell was not only open and sympathetic but also very patient and kind enough to make extra efforts in order to quickly and effectively resolve the issue, which otherwise would result in us having to move out. This is a surprisingly good experience in the circumstances when someone else might not be so positive and helpful. Huge thank you Ms Campbell, people like you make the world a better place!
