Martin and co have been the best letting agents we have used during our 5 years living in Reading. They are good intermediaries between landlord and tenant- Compared to some agents in the area who make a habit of “fleecing” their tenants on behalf of the landlord, we have always found Martin and co to be very honest and fair. Anita in particular is always so smiley, pleasant and supportive!!

Extremely professional and thorough with all formalities. On the day of moving in, we reached the wrong location instead of the Caversham branch. The lady at the office was extremely helpful and also booked a taxi for us to quickly get to the Caversham office as it was nearing closing time. Lynn was very helpful and helped us through the formalities, and also was sweet to offer us a ride to our new place. Cheers !
