I've managed my own rental properties for the past 7 years so I was nervous about handing them over to an agent. Stephen filled me with confidence from our first meeting and I haven't looked backed. Tenants were found for both of my properties very quickly and the whole experience has been great. I would happily hand any future properties over to him to look after. I have also been dealing with Anita since the tenants have moved in and her service and communication has been great. It's such a relief to know that our properties are in such good hands.
