Extremely professional and thorough with all formalities. On the day of moving in, we reached the wrong location instead of the Caversham branch. The lady at the office was extremely helpful and also booked a taxi for us to quickly get to the Caversham office as it was nearing closing time. Lynn was very helpful and helped us through the formalities, and also was sweet to offer us a ride to our new place. Cheers !
