Ethical! Ease of doing Business - Excellent! Communication - Spot on! Our business was with the Lettings team. A viewing was arranged and communicated meticulously. Within 24 hours of the viewing, we had bagged the property and we had paid the holding deposit. Unfortunately, the very next day due to unforeseen circumstances we had to let go off the property. We were very skeptical of Parkers refunding the holding deposit, but as a goodwill gesture, we got our refund!!
