I felt that, throughout the entire letting process, information was withheld from me and I was ludicrously overcharged for services which I was told were "non-refundable." More importantly, charges seemed to keep being added on as we progressed through the letting of the property without any forewarning, and as a final slap in the face, you even charged for giving me a reference for my next property! Overall I feel that I was taken advantage of throughout the entire tenancy by yourselves, the only relief coming from the 3rd party company who managed my deposit. I have had to wait slightly more than a year since my last contact with Parkers to give this feedback as the thought of another interaction with them gives me panic attacks. I think you are nothing more than con-artists and shall warn everyone and anyone who thinks about using your services to stay away.
