Relocation is a difficult process, especially so when you are moving in from abroad. At these times every little advice, kind word and support helps. Having a letting agency that really cares and goes out of their way to help you is a life saver. I cannot thank them enough for the kindness and support they offered me. They made the move in process very easy, especially Rebecca, mostly because they are punctual, precise and their documentation is elaborate. Rest assured they will take care of everything for you. My experience was very positive and I hope it continues to be so. UPDATE: I cannot praise them enough, especially Sophie, for being so kind, prompt and helpful. I have reported 12 problems so far with the flat and every time they went out of their way to help me, I am utterly amazed. The problems were not their omission but the mess the previous tenants made that was not conspicuous on the first glance.
