My only negative is that one of the agents who showed viewings round was more a 'key holder' than someone who gave positive advice about the property if the viewer was not sure of certain facts about a property of this age e.g "this second bedroom is quite small", "well if thats the only problem then it only costs £x to take the chimney out and is easy to do". During the sale they kept the process moving at a good rate and kept me informed of everything that was going on. They also provided help in liaising with the buyers solicitors to keep the chain moving when my buyers probate was causing delays Overall a good service as I would expect from an agent selling your property
