I found Parkers, and specifically Molly, really helpful during my house search. While the flat I chose didn't end up coming from them, Molly gave me a really helpful breakdown of the local areas (as I hadn't lived there before). She gave me an honest overview of pricing, safety, loudness, and other important qualities. The changes I made to my search criteria after this discussion led me to the flat I eventually took. Parkers also sent me relevant properties to my criteria and were very responsive and helpful to questions I had regarding them. I also appreciated that, as far as I'm aware, they don't run a 0 deposit scheme. Some other agents really try to force these schemes on you, where you pay extra money (non-refundable) each month to the agent AND if there's any damages at the end you need to pay for them. Good experience overall.
