I own a home in Reading and after we moved to Bracknell this house became available to let. I had few good offers from different agencies but offer from Parker was the best. They offered me almost everything I requested for. I took fully managed service as I was spending more time in Bracknell setting up new home which was leaving me hardly any time to manage Reading property on my own. Parker got me a tenant in first week of the advertisement and best part was the rent which was more than it was advertised for. They have very responsive team. Especially Ruby McGrath, she kept me updated with every step. As I was spending more time in Bracknell so she offered me many other services which were required to be done by me before tenants could move in. She even got keys collected from home rather than I dropping those in office. Without her help this transition would have been really difficult. So, till date I am a happy customer. :)
