I was impressed by Parkers Reading throughout my experience with them. When searching for a place to let, Molly was really helpful and informative. After leaving my number about the availability of a property viewing, she reached out to me when a viewing became possible and helped me organise my viewings. Once I'd agreed to take on a property, Marco was a great contact. He was able to answer all my questions and refer useful sites to me to help make the move in smoother. He also helped ensure the property was up to standard before I moved in. He remains a good contact and has responded positively to the few issues I had when moving in. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience and would recommend them to others moving to the area.

Positive experience with Parkers. We just moved in into a new apartment and the whole team was very helpful. Marco was a great to be in touch with in the moving in process. He answered all our questions and made the whole moving in process very smooth and worry free. He also helped us to ensure the property was up to standard before I moving in. I found Parkers, and specifically Molly, really helpful during my house search. While the flat I chose didn't end up coming from them, Molly gave me a really helpful breakdown of the local areas (as I hadn't lived there before). She gave me an honest overview of pricing, safety, loudness, and other important qualities. The changes I made to my search criteria after this discussion led me to the flat I eventually took. Parkers also sent me relevant properties to my criteria and were very responsive and helpful to questions I had regarding them. I also appreciated that, as far as I'm aware, they don't run a 0 deposit scheme. Some other agents really try to force these schemes on you, where you pay extra money (non-refundable) each month to the agent AND if there's any damages at the end you need to pay for them. Good experience overall.

Marco was very helpful throughout the move-in process and was very mindful of my very unique circumstances. He offered his help without hesitation and came up with solutions thinking outside the box. He always got back to me in a timely fashion and helped me along the way. He is professional, communicates effectively and very empathic.
