Parkers in Market Place Reading have managed our property portfolio from 2008 onwards. Excellent service. Whilst helping my son buy his first property I was kept informed as to the progress of the purchase regularly which is so important. Even when there was nothing to report Damien still rang to keep me up to date - this was a nice touch as long silences play havoc with the old nerves. Owing to circumstances beyond Damien's control the process took a lot longer than the norm which took us near to the expiry of the mortgage offer. Without Damien pushing the solicitors on both sides, the vendor and the council (who were demanding certain work be done), I don't think we would have completed in time. We intend to sell our own house in a couple of years' time and will certainly be using Damien and his team.
