The service here is fantastic. Right from Chris the valuer to all the office team arranging the details and viewings and in particular Helen who is a marvel at keeping you up to date and chasing solicitors. I'm so glad I went with Michael Poole. You really see the difference when you are purchasing from another agent. Highly recommended. You get what you pay for. Thank you team.

MP were instructed to sell my Mothers home in summer 2024. I have mostly dealt with Emma who is branch manager in Redcar. Excellent service from start to finish. Attention to detail very good, prompt communications. Very good estate agents, we would highly recommend.

I've recently bought a house from a Seller who was using Michael Poole as their estate agent. Were it not for Helen Nicholson at Michael Poole, it would have been 10 x more stressful than it was. We had poor communication from both solicitors, but Helen bridged the gap between me and the Seller, and kept me informed quicker and more thoroughly than my own solicitor did. Thanks a lot Helen and the MP team.
