My elderly parents purchased a property from Poole's. It was a complex transaction due to some unique factors but Helen (Sales Progression) was just amazing. She was always available to speak to, was proactive in getting updates from the various parties and was a huge support to me and my parents. I think without her, I may have lost my sanity. She certainly went above and beyond what could be expected. Thank you.
