The sale of a Grade two listed building over 400 years old.

The Redditch Branch. A professional team, all proactive with the sale. I couldn't find fault with any aspect, from photos, to feed back on viewings and finally negotiating a price, I was kept uptodate constantly. Three members of staff left during the sale, Matthew Reynolds and Grace Martin and Glen who took the photographs. I was concerned that the new team wouldn't be able to compete with the standard...they did! A seemless exchange of information which resulted in the sale. There were many hurdles with the sale and I must admit it felt never ending, due to issues out of Andrew Grants hand, however I have exchanged and completed. I would like to thank Grace Martin for all her time and effort I am really impressed with her capabilities for negotiating me such a good price and her endless patience. This is the second time I have sold a house with Andrew Grant and I wouldn't contimplate using anyone else.
