I had a viewing booked with them for a property to let. On the day they cancelled the viewing due to one agent being off sick and the other overworked . Naturally anyone can understand and be flexible in those circumstances so the viewing was re-booked. My husband and I took time off work to attend the viewing that they re-booked, but by that time the property had already been let and they did not bother to inform us as we sat in the car outside the property. When I rang they said they had no record of our viewing (the one they themselves re-scheduled due to their own issues).
