Me and my partner went through this agency for our first home together but didn’t meet the requirements for it, after paying what needed to be paid and paperwork completed, we had to chase them for information, and would never get the same answer, and no communication between them or us, after this I was then informed about information about my partner that I wasn’t aware of and the agency should not of discussed this with me due to personal data protection act, but they had no hesitation to inform me of what they knew, then offered us the place with a guarantor but didn’t tell us the ideal person or income for them so after waisting our time and 6 others due to lack of communication, then stated we could move in if we can pay 6 months rent in advance, but didn’t then follow up on this, and now after saying they would pay us the holding deposit back which we have evidence in an email, have now said no to paying it back to us. Would recommend not using this agency if you can, and make sure you don’t pay until you know what is going on and they understand communication is important, waste of time and waist of a company!!!

Rented a property for over 2 years place was slowly falling apart a boiler was constantly breaking. We had to go through 2 winters without heating and alot of times it would affect the hot water. We had to report this a number of times it did get fixed but would break again within 3 weeks but refused to replace the boiler and also when we moved in the home wasn't up to a great standard we asked numerous times to be decorated but refused now they are billing us for the home to be decorated... avoid this agency

Poor customer service practices

This letting agencey is terible! avoide at all costs, bad customer service, when you have problem they make no effort to contact you say they will call back never do!. They is other letting agencey in area would advise people to use them.

And trying to get your deposit back well you might as well whistle down the wind for a property that was well maintained and looked after as if it was your own. I might as well have graffitied & knocked holes in the walls for what they want to deduct. Disgusted

I've got a family member thats is with these guys and old friends that's have had the sense to move on to new agents, Stay clear. You won't get your deposit back over trivial things and ignore situations that arise. Read up on your agents and ask your friends before committing to a tenancy
