A reassuring and involved service

Lisa was great at doing all the groundwork prior to my mortgage application. I had special circumstances with regards to my income and was also spending three weeks out of the country. Lisa communicated continuously with myself and third parties and had a fantastic market knowledge. I felt hugely supported and in safe hands.
