Having not bought a house for 15 years, we weren't entirely sure how to view properties. Sarah however has a fabulous approach to introducing the property, paying attention to detail such as providing an insight of the neighbours and the context in which the house is being sold. This has really helped us in our thinking and has influenced our whole approach not only to buying, but what we expect of our own agent! I genuinely wish all agents were as diligent.
