Only rented a place through M&Co for 6 months, unfortunately couldn't stay due to work commitments. Would have loved to stay longer as communication was quick and helpful, issues were resolved promptly, and I felt properly respected as a tenant as I feel I had in turn respected both the property and landlord. I guess your mileage may vary depending on how well you form your relationship with M&Co and the landlord, however I can say that the staff here are willing to help and answer any questions you have. My small criticism would be one instance where I didn't receive prior notice to a requested viewing (They asked immediately if I wanted them to leave and apologised), however in my opinion this didn't spoil my experience with M&Co.

Martin & Co have always been very helpful, we have been renting a property for the last 4 1/2 years , they have dealt with any problems that have arisen promptly and efficiently. Rachael and the rest of the team have always been very courteous and helpful. We are in the process of moving to another property now, only because the Landlord is now selling the property. I can only say Phil and Rachael, have been very supportive and sympathetic during this process, as we were very happy there. Martin and co are extremely helpful when I need to get into contact with them regarding my property the only issues I do have is when I have asked for something to be looked at it takes a long time even if it's urgent and needs to be dealt with. But have to say I'm glad I'm renting with them. It's the first time living on my own and they have made it much easier by helping or giving advice when I've asked
