I was searching for a nice apartment in bury for a little bit when i came across Martin & co Rochdale. Called up and spoke to Robyn about the apartment and got a viewing straight away. Fell in love with the place and put straight in for it. Customer service was out of this world from everyone in the office there so Thank you guys.

All the staff have been most helpful right from the begining i was commuting from liverpool and i know they squeeed me in one day to show me the flat at the end of the day. Martin & Co have been the managing agent for my house for more than 5 years and have always been very helpful and professional in their dealings with me. Always found good tenants who looked after the house and when it came time to sell the property they were excellent. David Walker and Georgia Atkinson were great in getting things sorted out for me especially as I live some 200 miles from the property and I finally got completion on the sale last week. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a managing agent or wanting to sell a house.
