I have been really impressed dealing with Ryder and Dutton Royton for my Recent Buy and Sell process. From start to finish their professionalism has been outstanding and responsiveness really excellent. From the buying side, Jake and Mark (had the great ability to allow me to look around uninterrupted but was always on hand with to answer any questions I had) were great and through to the selling side where Matt was excellent in conducting the viewings where I was impressed by how quickly he had people interested in my property. The largest communication once I had agreed to buy and found a buyer was with Holly who was always a calming influence and frequently kept me updated on events. She was always prompt with her replies to questions I had and her attitude was always first class. I would say the team in Royton is the best I have ever dealt with and would have no hesitation in recommending them to my friends and family.
