Very unhelpful and unprofessional company to deal with. I would advise any landlord looking for a good, reliable letting agent to avoid Hilbery Chaplin. They pride themselves on how long they have been in business. But by the looks of it even after a hundred years of business they still are completely useless. Do not use this company, they will over charge and do a slap dash job. Lucky if you get tenants who will actually pay their rent. Good luck if you decide to use these cowboys. I certainly will never be again and will be advising everyone I know;other landlords or people looking to sell to avoid using any Hilbery Chaplin office.
