I cannot recommend Rak and his team highly enough. We have been tenants at our flat for just over four years and we have never had an issue with getting in contact with the office or getting quick replies/actions. We have always been dealt with professionally and warmly, including during COVID lockdown when times were tough for everyone. When we have had small issues with our lovely flat (only wear and tear), the team have always been very quick to get it resolved, deal with plumber/electrician directly and accommodate any work around our busy schedules. Would recommend tenants and landlords alike to deal with Romford Martin & co - thank you for all your effort over the last four years!
