Do not trust regarding property management. At first, this team said and did all the right things. We rented our property for 2years, newly refurbished with proven receipts and photos. We worked together to ensure that everything was water tight and agreed the importance of reputable tenants. So what went wrong? 1. Property management never checked the property 2. Fraudulently stated that the property remained in excellent condition. We had over £4000 in damages to most walls and floors across the house 3. Allowed troublesome clients. The first couple had the police asking about them. Neighbours even complained of domestic violance and excessive noise. The second, were young professionals. They had a pet that destroyed cables and furniture. Please message me if you'd like any proof of the above. Suggest you at least consider it before make the same mistake.
