I spoke with the manager on the phone on my initial enquiry and found that he was instantly friendly, approachable and prompt, willing to answer my request for a meeting and viewing to the flat i was interested in. On arrival he was vibrant and when I liked the property he was efficient, informative, quick and hassle free with documents and paper work required, leaving me in no doubt that all had been taken care of and I can get back to work with no worries about what was going to happen next. During the next week while we had to wait for the references to go through. Michael kept me fulling informed by phone text, the next steps and finally I got my keys to my much admired flat, where I'm a still happily at.
