5 Years a Landlord

Alex Neil have now let and managed by property in Rotherhithe for over 5 years. They have recently found me my 3rd tenant during that period and once again, have performed brilliantly. The most recent let went very smoothly and Alex Neil's proactive marketing meant that the vacant period was kept to an absolute minimum. I was kept up to date with progress from viewings and the offer I accepted was dealt with with professionalism. Prompt process

Dylan was very quick and responsive. He provided me the flexibility of organising a last minute second viewing on the same day as my first, enabling me to put an offer in on the same day. Without the quickly responses Dylan provided, I would not have been able to put an offer in so quickly, and would have therefore not been able to get this done. Thanks for your help Dylan!

Anneleen has been very helpful throughout the initial stages of renting a 1 bedroom flat. She has been very helpful with all the questions I had and provided the answers in a timely manner. Instructions were clear and easy to follow.
