5 Years a Landlord

Alex Neil have now let and managed by property in Rotherhithe for over 5 years. They have recently found me my 3rd tenant during that period and once again, have performed brilliantly. The most recent let went very smoothly and Alex Neil's proactive marketing meant that the vacant period was kept to an absolute minimum. I was kept up to date with progress from viewings and the offer I accepted was dealt with with professionalism. Thanks to Alex Neil's excellent management team, my property has been very well cared for throughout the 5 years they've looked after it. The few maintenance matters that have occurred in that time have been dealt with swiftly and economically, and the work carried out has always been of the highest standard. I look forward to another 5 years or more with Alex Neil!
