Went to view some properties in Royston - as I'm very busy, my mum contacted Robert at Thomas Morris on my behalf. Robert could not have been more helpful, friendly and lovely. He agreed to meet us out of hours to show the property, knew lots about it, and was happy to let us really take our time. It was great; nothing was too much trouble.
