I must admit that in the past, I've always been a little sceptical of the value of estate agents, but that was until now. From start to finish, their services have been nothing short of exemplary - at times they have gone well above and beyond the call of duty to ensure a successful outcome. Robert was always on the end of a phone to reassure and was amazingly proactive throughout. In fact, I think that I'd go so far as to say that without him, I think the whole chain would have fallen through.
