My Parents phoned to enquire about a rental. Found them to be unhelpful and condescending. Found other agents in the local area to be better and more professional. 1) my parents didn’t visit they phoned 2) information was given in a condescending rude tone. 3) I was in the room when you spoke to my girlfriend (the daughter) 4) you had the opportunity to apologise when my girlfriend contacted you to say they were not happy with the way they were spoken too. As far as we are concerned this was your opportunity to put things right. Many other agents they can use where they will get a better service and not have to pay 6 months rent upfront.NegativeProfessionalism
