They gave me great rates that were really competitive with no hidden extras and were honest and helpful throughout. Within one day of my house being in the market they had secured over 15 viewings! They gave me great advice throughout and when the first buyer pulled out, working with Gibson Honey I had a new buyer 2 days later. House was on the market, sold and I moved within 3 months. GH were recommended to me by a friend. I was hesitant because I wanted to go with one of the more 'major' agents in Ruislip. I met with 3 different agents and GH were head and shoulders above the rest. They were responsive but not overly pushy when we were negotiating and when it came to finding tenants I really felt that they were working to find me the best clients, not just get the house rented to anyone. Since the rental agreement has started, GH have remained engaged whenever we have needed them. My overall experience has been v v positive.

I dealt with Gibson Honey while purchasing a flat in Eastcote. I found them very professional and helpful in every step of the way. Right the way from arranging the viewing, to the viewing itself to accepting offer and the making sure to resolve all hurdles in the getting through the process, I could just find them on the other side of the phone. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Excellent Agent

Having searched for my own home to buy, I found my home through this agent. Others I dealt with were unhelpful and in some cases rude. Certainly not the case here. They returned calls and emails, kept me informed and were easy to deal with. The sale hit problems up the chain, but Kevin and his team kept it together and I am very grateful to them for getting me into my new abode. Great company to deal with and when I sell in a few years time, I will definitely instruct them as my sole agents.

5 years ago I purchased my flat through Gibson Honey and today I've just completed selling my flat using Gibson Honey. Both times Gibson Honey (and especially Kevin Gibson who has been my main point of contact) have been exceptionally efficient at responding and following up any enquiries that I raised. Neither the sale or the purchase were anywhere near straightforward so I feel lucky to have encountered such a good estate agent. I've always felt that they've been honest with me (you can trust what I say as I'm not an estate agent!). I will be telling any family or friends selling properties nearby to go with these guys (and I'll definitely be telling them about the bad experiences I've had with some of the other local estate agents!). I don't know how some other companies can get away with charging more for a lesser service. I almost forgot to add that they sold my flat for more than I expected!
