Excellent service
Excellent friendly service and staff made great efforts to effect a sale. The company has the advantage of not being part of a chain and has a good knowledge of the local area. Their expertise was much appreciated at a difficult time.

Brilliant service

Best estate agent in Ruislip!
Thank you Kevin and the whole team at Gibson Honey for the amazing service we received. Kevin kept us up to date throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to support us through the stressful time of buying and selling! Kevin and the team have always been professional and respond to any queries as if it is the only thing they are working on which is very rare for an estate agent! We can’t thank you and the team enough for all that you have done and if we ever decide to move again we will definitely be using you!

Very Professional Service
I am thoroughly impressed with the services provided by Gibson Honey Estate Agents. Very professional, friendly and caring service. I have dealt with many estate agents in the past, usually most of them work in the best interests of the seller with very little duty of care towards the buyer. I am extremely satisfied with the duty of care exhibited by Gibson Honey especially Kevin.

In Good Hands
I hadn't moved house for forty years, and had never sold a house in my own right, so I approached the whole process with trepidation. Gibson Honey now have a prominent High Street presence in Ruislip, but I decided to go with them when they were hidden away down a side street, but offered a personal service that appealed to me, Kevin Gibson struck me as honest from the start, making it clear that he wasn't certain of the market soon after Brexit, but furnishing detailed statistics nevertheless. I lost a buyer at 4pm on Christmas Eve, and lost a purchase a month later, so the process wasn't much fun at times, but throughout the process Kevin was upbeat and supportive, tolerating my waverings, and gently telling me the hard truths I needed to know. I would have no hesitation in using Gibson Honey again, and I hope that their new office will soon be full of people who have read these five-star reviews (and I never give five stars lightly!) and knowing they're in good hands.

Gibson Honey are Excellent!!
If you are thinking of selling your property I can thoroughly recommend using Gibson Honey. They have given us great advice throughout the process and have listened to us at all times. They were always there when we needed them and conducted all the viewings and arrangements in a totally professional manner. The whole team are lovely, friendly people and in particular Kevin Gibson has been great at keeping us informed, chasing parties when necessary and making sure the whole process has flowed. Could not have been more pleased with their performance.

Very polite and always available
We moved into one of Gibson Honey's Ruislip flats by the end of November 2016. We can say that we are truly happy with their services (and we know to value them because we've had very bad experiences with other agents and therefore are happy to have someone much more reliable now). From the very start the service was great. We found an interesting flat online, had a phone conversation with a very helpful staff member, were given the opportunity to view the flat the same day and received all the necessary information about the referencing process. Later on we promptly received the tenancy agreement, all kinds of information on rental in England, appliance certificates and more. The team are polite, helpful and are always available when we need assistance or have questions. When maintenance work was due or appliances had to be repaired/replaced, this was always done quickly and to our full satisfaction.
