We recently sold our house through Lawrence Rand. Initially we'd marketed our house with a different agent but after several months and a few silly offers we jumped ship to Lawrence Rand. It was instantly evident that Alec and the team were working hard to sell the house and before long we received an offer at the asking price which we were delighted with. Glenda, the sales progression manager was also brilliant, kept on top of things and gave us regular updates on the progression of the sale up until contract exchange. Finally, their mortgage adviser Denise was fantastic, at first we didn't think seeing an adviser would be worthwhile but so glad we did because she found us a better deal than we already had, without her we wouldn't have been able to purchase the house that we did.
