We have recently purchased our new house through Lawrence Rand. We have dealt with a number of estate agents throughout this process and without a doubt Lawrence Rand were the most professional, friendly, helpful and thorough. We dealt with Peter and Glenda who were both fantastic. In particular Glenda was amazing at chasing people in the chain to ensure we moved as quickly as possible which we massively appreciated. It really felt like she went above and beyond what other agents would do. We moved in two weeks ago and I'm still receiving amazing customer service from them as we had some questions for the previous owners which Glenda is supporting us with! Right now we never plan to move again!... But if we ever do Lawrence Rand will be our agent of choice.
