There seems to be a universal level of professionalism, enthusiasm and engagement that really does set them apart from the rest. Worthy of special mention are Robin Thomas who put his boundless enthusiasm to good effect in driving the sales activities, and Emma Luckett whose naturally engaging style kept everyone well coordinated leading up to completion. Some impressive statistics: 8 weeks from putting the house on the market to completing the sale. A huge number of viewings and offers in the first two weeks (72 vs 51 I think). This led to 9 sealed bids, 7 greatly exceeding the asking price. Nuff said!
