Due to the appointment being out of working hours our client informed us that they would be more than happy to show you the property, We even offered to accompany the viewing out of hours to help but was informed there is no need for this. When you visited the property for some reason our client decided not to let you in which is completely out of our control. Their is no need for Lawrence Rand to delay any transaction and we wouldn’t get into the top 2% of the best agents in the UK by doing this. Our goal is to move people as quick as possible and will do whatever we can to help.
