Almost 4 months later, we have exchanged contracts and I can honestly say that it would have been a much longer and stressful process without her at the helm. Leanne was instrumental in managing three sets of buyers, sellers and solicitors, ensuring that everyone was on the same page and moving things along to expedite every aspect of the sale and purchase. Leanne has a particular talent for saying the right thing at the right time and when certain legal aspects of the process became convoluted, hers was the calming voice who got us all through it.
