We were tenant for two and a half years and our property manager was LR. At first we could not get good service. Although our land lady was the decision maker, property managers service was not good as well. But the team has changed, and we had Matthew Huband and Harry Tibbey. They were very professional and helpful. Their approach was kindly and friendly. Even tough our land lady doesn't want to pay money, Matthew and Harry tried to solve our problems. They communicated us very quickly, provide us our needs. Thank you guys for everything.
