Darren Many thanks for your review even though you the last one you took down and deleted. I stated the e-mail that was sent was an error and apologised people do make mistakes. The property you wanted to rent wasn’t our fault it had fallen through it was down the the full checks carried out and the referencing agency asking for a guarantor. We are not here to hold transactions up and not get tenants moved in but we must follow the law Kind regards
