Finding a place to rent this summer was very stressful and a lot of it was because most letting agencies wouldn't even return our calls or follow up with anything, wasting a lot of our time and making us lose viewings. We were however very glad that the home we ended up renting had Lawrence Rand as their letting agent - as they were nothing like that, and we noticed it from the very first phone call.
