We was awaiting the seller to come back to us after having to chase a number of times to have over 15 viewings booked into the property so this had to be planned correctly, sorry you wasn’t informed regarding this 2. We understand people cancel viewings if layouts are not a problem 3. The viewing before yours was late which than pushed our viewing further back which is out of our control but a few minutes wasn’t to bad, regarding the Dog we was informed by the seller that they would take the dog out but failed to do this. I was informed the dog didn’t jump onto your child and have asked the seller for the footage regarding this 4. Regarding the floor plans these are conducted by the RICS qualified specialists and if you would like to understand floor comings we would be more than happy to help you with this 5.
