Excellent service by all staff, we were kept informed from start to finish. Very competitive fee’s. If your thinking of selling buying or renting your home you won’t be disappointed.

I can’t praise Rebecca Mills at EweMove enough. Brilliant service and attention to detail, nothing is too much trouble and always ready with a friendly smile. She is always available at the end of the phone for any queries, she goes above and beyond for her clients and a gift upon completion! I definitely recommend Rebecca for anybody thinking of selling.

Great service from Paul at Lawrence Rand. I had tried previously with other agents to sell my property and had not been successful. Paul got me the result I needed without too much difficulty. He also managed to smooth out numerous bumps in the road along the way. Thanks very much Paul.

Good

I contacted Kings Group about 2 months ago with the intention of renting my property in Ponders End. Elliesha was the person who dealt with my situation. I have been impressed with her professionalism. Elleisha is a pleasant, approachable, knowledgeable person. She has a deep knowledge of the subject matter-before the process of renting, l needed to sort out some paperwork through the council. As soon as it was mentioned Elleisha was in contact with people who could help me- things started to move straight away. She was always available for my questions, responded quickly to emails - her answers were always well structured, organised, easy to understand. She always kept her promises for sending me emails, arriving on time… Her attitude has been always professional and friendly. I feel very lucky to meet her and am grateful for the service she has provided. Kings Group has been very lucky to have her in their team. Thank you Elleisha!

I had a great experience working with Kings Group and especially with Hitesh as my mortgage broker. Hitesh was very efficient, straight to the point, and didn’t waste time with unnecessary questions. He clearly knows what he’s doing and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Most importantly, he managed to secure an excellent deal for me — genuinely one of the best options available. As a first-time property buyer, I really appreciated the clear communication and no-nonsense approach. Everything was handled professionally and without delays. I would definitely recommend both Kings Group and Hitesh to anyone looking to buy their first property. I’ll 100% be coming back to work with them again in the near future for my next purchase.

Thank you to Stuart, Ryan & Daniel at Kings Enfield Highway branch a real dream team for selling my flat in a prompt and professional manner, from day one they they really took control and did the job brilliantly. I would highly recommend this team to anyone selling! Five Stars all the way.

I had a great experience working with Hitesh Sharma as my mortgage broker. He was always quick to respond to any questions I had and made himself available whenever I needed support. His recommendations were thoughtful and well-suited to my situation, and he explained everything clearly and patiently. As a first-time buyer, I really appreciated how he took the time to walk me through different scenarios, even outlining potential approaches for hypothetical situations. This gave me a lot of reassurance and helped ease any concerns I had throughout the process. I would highly recommend Hitesh to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive mortgage broker.

Wonderful courteous service with a professional touch. Highly recommend
