Excellent! I have nothing but praise for Paul and his team in Ruislip Manor. Paul was always available to answer any questions and console any worries we may have had during the initial purchase of our flat seven years ago and during the sale of the flat in 2022. We initially placed our flat on the market with Gibbs, and we did receive an offer four weeks later, which we accepted, but that sale, unfortunately, fell through. (No fault of the agents) We re-marketed our property using Lawrence Rand and accepted an offer of 30k over our previous proposal, which was received after only one day of viewings. I am confident in recommending them if you buy or sell your property.

Absolutely horrible, my entire experience with them has been terrible. The employees have treated me terribly, they are so rude, when I went in to give the keys back Fiona gave me the dirtiest look, she was very disrespectful towards me she even raised her voice at me. This shouldn’t be happening at an Estate Agents. Everything was done very unprofessionally and backwards. I am honestly disappointed with how they treated me.

My experience with Lawrence rand and especially Mandeep stewart has been excellent. She met me at my home to talk about letting my property and went through all details and explained various expenses clearly. The onboarding process of tenants has been smooth and without issues. Mandeep has assisted me on several queries and issues. They are highly competent bunch and I would highly recomment Lawrence rand and Mandeep.
