Would like to thank Glenda in particular for her perseverance in chasing our buyers solicitors who were the slowest of slow to say the least! The sale was agreed back in April and only completed early September, with no upper or lower chain it all took much longer than it should. My advice, don't use an on-line conveyancing company unless they are located close enough to you to visit in person. Glenda kept us informed every step of the (long) way and we would like to thank her for her for that.
