We recently sold our house through Lawrence Rand. Initially we'd marketed our house with a different agent but after several months and a few silly offers we jumped ship to Lawrence Rand. It was instantly evident that Alec and the team were working hard to sell the house and before long we received an offer at the asking price which we were delighted with. Glenda, the sales progression manager was also brilliant, kept on top of things and gave us regular updates on the progression of the sale up until contract exchange. Finally, their mortgage adviser Denise was fantastic, at first we didn't think seeing an adviser would be worthwhile but so glad we did because she found us a better deal than we already had, without her we wouldn't have been able to purchase the house that we did. Scott is a top estate agent. Friendly, good sense of humour and knows the local area well. Very patient when I bombarded him with calls whilst waiting on an answer of an offer being accepted. Deserves a medal! Thank you! Glenda is a true star! So patient and genuinely has everyone’s best interests at heart. She updated me every step of the way and always kept to her word. I purchased a property from Lawrence Rand two years ago, and now I’m renting the same property through them as my agents. They found great tenants for me the same day the sign went up! However, its not just the fact that they’re excellent estate agents, offering solid, money saving advice when it comes to renting or selling your house; it’s the fact that even when I wasn’t in the market to buy, sell or rent they would call me every month or so, see how it was going, and advise on the best tradesmen, architects etc in the area. It’s a truly knowledgeable, local service. Oh, and they have a great sense of humour to boot!

We purchased a property through Lawrence Rand, and were thoroughly impressed. As someone who has had to deal with Townends, Foxtons, Thorgills... which were all awful (rude, inaccurate, overpriced, and having zero after care once they've got your money) - Lawrence Rand shone as an example of a company that strives to be thought of well to make sure they get your future business. The above mentioned types couldn't care less about you in my experience. All the staff, not just Tom (our agent) were always helpful, on the ball, with prompt responses and going above and beyond - even once contracts were exchanged, and also even after completion. We will definitely be using them in the future when we come to sell our house. Without question.

My wife and I had been looking for a house for about a year. Our initial buyer, through a different agent pulled out which is when I contacted Paul. He treated us like family and was an amazing help. Along with his colleague Alec, my wife and I were very well looked after. They were professional, always on hand to answer any question and very supportive. We did end up accepting an offer from a buyer through a different agent, but nonetheless Paul stayed in touch and called me once in a while to make sure we were getting on well and to see if we needed anything. When we did eventually buy our new house he personally called me to congratulate myself and my wife. Even though we didn't end up buying or selling through Lawrence Rand, their service in incredible. If ever I were to move again Paul, Alec and the team are the first people I would go to, without a shadow of a doubt! I am most definitely a fan!
