I will like to thank Ms Kathryn Keats, property manager in Saffron Walden branch who has been looking after our properties for years. She is highly efficient, fair and always replied to my queries in the earliest opportunity she has. Recently she has to deal with a rather demanding and difficult tenants by whom she dealt with extreme professionalism.
